How to Text Girls in High School

How to Text Girls in High SchoolSo you’re in class with a hot girl. You guys start working on a class project together and before you know it you have her number. Everything is going great, you feel like the man, but there’s one thing wrong… you don’t know what to text her?!

How to text girls in high school is the question at hand. With girls, there’s a lot you got to think about. First off I want to point out that this girl is just as nervous texting you as you are texting her, she’s just better at hiding it. The good thing about texting, versus being on the phone, is you have a little time to think about what you’re going to say, which can be very beneficial. On the other hand, if you don’t know what you’re doing, you can dig a deep hole for yourself. So what do you do?

Okay, after you get a girl’s number, the first thing you’re gonna want to do is text her. Don’t call her this early because you want to build a little comfort with her by texting her, then bring it to the phone later. A lot of guys go with something lame like “It’s Tim. What’s up?”. This is what every guy and their dad says and it’s just boring. Girls hear this all the time and they want someone original. So after you get her number, wait till at least the next day. You want to be playful, original, and get in her mind. You want her to remember you. Shoot her a text and say something like this:

You: “Hey, what’s up?”
Ashley: “Umm hey, who’s this?”
You: “Barack Obama”
Ashley: “Haha shut up, who is this?”
You: “George Washington”
Ashley: “Oh really haha. Who is this?!?”
You: “I’ll tell you tomorrow at school. ttyl”

Then the whole night she’ll be thinking, who was that? The next day at school, you can ask her, “why were you texting George Washington last night… that’s kind of weird”. She’ll get a laugh out of this and then the two of you can start talking. This is always a great opener.
